My name is Zedaine Harris, and I’m from Jamaica. I’ve always been fascinated by the process of transforming a drawing on paper into a real, tangible building. The idea of bringing designs to life, from blueprints to actual structures, is something that excites me. Naturally, this passion led me to pursue a major in Construction Management, where I can develop the skills to oversee and execute projects that turn creative visions into reality. I enjoy the blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving, and hands-on work that comes with the field, and I’m eager to contribute to shaping the built environment
In the future, I hope to lead my own construction projects that focus on building affordable, sustainable housing for underserved communities. I want to use my skills in project management and my real-world experience to create spaces that are not only well-built but also meaningful. My goal is to start or partner with a company that values both quality construction and community impact, so I can help solve real housing challenges while continuing to grow as a leader in the construction industry.
